I'm looking at building a new stereo listening setup this year. I had a receiver last time and I don't want to go that route this time, so I'm getting an integrated amp. Any suggestions?

Leaning towards THIS (http://nadelectronics.com/products/digital-music/D-3020-Hybrid-Digital-Amplifier) one at the moment.
