It's been a long day, but a great birthday. Hubby and I went to Houlihan's for my free birthday dinner, and I had the best Lemon Chicken ever. :)

Then for dessert, Hubby and I split a pint of Ben & Jerry's Phish Food Ice Cream. :)

Hubby gave me a bunch of Despicable Me Minions to add to my collection, and a Funko Pop! of Ricochet Rabbit. :)

I love the Minions. In addition to some of the Funko Pop! Minions, Hubby also bought me a full box of the Despicable Me Mystery Vinyl Mini Figures, (the ones that you don't know which character you got until after you open the box), and I got the complete set in the box.
