Mobile Site's Edit Post Feature

I have a massive problem with the mobile version of the site. Any time I go to edit a post it brings up textbox and renders some if not all of the BBCode as HTML and when I click submit it renders the HTML in standard text, instead of formatting it.

As a result I get a ton of stray unicode instead of punctuation, triangle brackets instead of square brackets, and even line breaks.

Here's what it looks like if I simply Edit Post then Save without changing anything.
