I logged on to my laptop (with W10) and it said "You've been signed in with a temporary profile. I got worried and didn't know what the heck was going on. Things missing, files not accessible and such. I restarted my laptop and everything is fine. Hopefully.

Has anyone witnessed this on their computers?
