Recently watched this ceremony and what I liked about this ceremony this year, in addition to some wickedly funny material by first time host Andy Samberg, was a little more spreading of the wealth per se, among the winners and the fact that a lot of the winners were people who have been toiling in this business practically unrecognizable for decades and finally getting some recognition. It was so unbelievable cool seeing people like Jeffrey Tambor, Frances McDormand, and especially Regina King receive Emmys. Yes, I know Frances McDorman already has an Oscar, but it didn't make her a household name and neither will her Emmy, but at least television audiences are getting exposed to the work of these extremely talented people.

Glad to see Jon Ham finally pick one up he's played my favourite character in any Tv show perfectly for years. Not that i even watched it this year, but meh to Game of Thrones winning. I don't like How To Get Away Witg Murder much but Davis was great, bit sad that Elisabeth Moss never won one for playing Peggy though she was great throughout. Haven't watched Transparent yet but glad to see Tambor finally win something he is very underrated. Also happy to see Uzo Uduba win for playing Crazy Eyes.
