I know that Stark is doing one of these at the moment, but I really want to do one myself. It is going to feature my top 75 male wrestlers and my top 10 female wrestlers. I hope Stark doesn't mind....

The Ultimate Warrior
http://www.muscleandfitness.com/sites/muscleandfitness.com/files/styles/650x360_rotator/public/Ultimate-Warrior_0.jpg?itok=Gn-FVRlY
Warrior was far and away my favorite as a kid. But, I think he was every kids favorite. . . He wasn't great on the mic and wasn't anything spectacular in the ring, but he had charisma that could pull everyone in. He was always on point.

Alberto El Patron/Alberto Del Rio
https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/09/0e/72/090e72725ea18a09d4a460bc0c5b68dd.jpg
Del Rio was his gimmick in WWE and El Patron is his gimmick in ROH. The guy has a fantastic character and can really, really wrestle. He is one of the best heels that is in the game.

Tigre Uno
http://www.tnainsider.com/archive/uploads/ec848218e33ce87782fbc9b074bac2f1.jpg
Tigre Uno is one of the most interesting wrestlers to watch that I have seen in the last several years. High flying and balls to the wall, he goes and goes until he can't go anymore.

teeter_g
07-09-15, 09:30 PM
Kenny King
https://blogofhonor.files.wordpress.com/2010/10/king2.jpg
The self named 'Pretty Boy Pit Bull' is a ton of fun to watch. A fantastic heel and a wonderfully talented high flyer. King is definitely the future of the business.

teeter_g
07-09-15, 09:34 PM
Eddie Edwards
http://pm1.narvii.com/5767/1281b669e523330d08c096dbf5272e5af94e4a05_hq.jpg
Currently one half of the TNA Tag Team Champions, The Wolves, Eddie Edwards is extremely talented and loves to prove that he and his partner are the best tag team in the business, constantly having classic 'best of five' matches with the likes of the Dirty Heels and the Hardy Boys.

teeter_g
07-09-15, 09:35 PM
Davey Richards
http://i2.liverpoolecho.co.uk/incoming/article8470335.ece/ALTERNATES/s615b/Davey-Richards.jpg
The other half of the tag champs, Richards is slightly more impressive to me than Edwards. Davey seems to take more high risk chances and moves a little faster. I love everything about this fantastic tag team!

I used to watch wresting back in the old days, and even went to a few events. I'm wondering how many from your list I will have heard of. So far, none.

CM Punk. The best wrestler who ever put a feet in the ring of the WWE and also one of my idol

teeter_g
07-09-15, 10:08 PM
Billy Kidman
http://38.media.tumblr.com/7ed2dc96ca4668ceb12416b517bee552/tumblr_inline_nc6juklEl51qkfsam.jpg

Kidman was one of the greatest of his era. The shooting star press, the seven year itch and all of the other high flying he did....amazing.

teeter_g
07-09-15, 10:10 PM
Rey Mysterio
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11121/111214434/4381095-4601807187-rey_m.png
Still amazing to watch when he shows up, Mysterio is easily a favorite.

teeter_g
07-09-15, 10:13 PM
Dean Malenko
http://mzpromotions.weebly.com/uploads/3/9/3/0/39309537/s638702301299678595_p30_i1_w288.jpeg
Malenko has managed to stay in the wrestling business after his retirement by working backstage with the talent in WWE. Malenko was one of the greatest technical wrestlers in the business.

teeter_g
07-09-15, 10:17 PM
Brian Pillman
https://ringthedamnbell.files.wordpress.com/2013/10/brian_pillman_-_brian_pillman_07.jpg
One of the most fun guys to watch because of his craziness. In 1997 he was scheduled to fight Dude Love at Badd Blood Pay Per View (WWE), he no-showed so they called the hotel to check on him and were informed then that they found him dead in his hotel room. The same heart disease that killed his father also had taken his life.

07-09-15, 10:21 PM
Mr. Perfect Curt Hennig
http://www.wearysloth.com/Gallery/ActorsH/tve74560-19900121-1877.jpg
Curt was another amazing technical wrestler. His son is a current wrestler on the WWE roster. Curt died of a cocaine overdose in 2003.

Diamond Dallas Page

Rowdy Roddy Piper
http://searchengineland.com/figz/wp-content/seloads/2012/05/rowdy-roddy-piper-i-change-the-questions.jpg
Hot Rod was and is one of the most fun superstars to watch. When he shows up to do 'Pipers Pit' on Raw you know its going to be fun!

teeter_g
07-10-15, 11:39 AM
Chris Benoit
http://img.thesun.co.uk/multimedia/archive/00339/chris1_339775a.jpg
Okay. He killed his entire family and himself. But the argument can be made that it was because of his brain pan being messed up because of all the concussions from wrestling. Either way, say what you will, Benoit was one of the best, if not the best, technical wrestler of his time.

teeter_g
07-10-15, 11:42 AM
Hurricane/Shane Helms/Gregory Helms
http://wrestlechat.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/TheHurricaneGregoryHelms17_crop_340x234.jpg
My favorite character from him was the Hurricane. You can tell that this guy is HUGE in to super hero's even if you can't see his Green Lantern tattoo...High flyer like crazy, Helms is a very talented man.

teeter_g
07-10-15, 11:47 AM
Matt Jackson
http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130422024121/prowrestling/images/8/82/Matt_Jackson_1.jpg
One half of the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions, Matt is fun to watch. These guys are FULL of attitude.

teeter_g
07-10-15, 11:49 AM
Nick Jackson
http://www.accelerator3359.com/Wrestling/pictures/njackson3.jpg
Nick is the better of the two in the tag team if you ask me. He is slightly less full of himself than Matt. The Young Bucks are probably one of my favorite tag teams.

Camo
07-10-15, 11:53 AM
Haven't heard of the last two and never liked, Ultimate Warrior, Rey Misterio or Hurricane. The rest were brilliant.

Mr. Pefect was/is my favourite wrestler of all time and managed by the greatest manager of all time. They were a great double act. 'Flying' Brian Pillman was wonderful to watch, too.

Camo
07-10-15, 12:48 PM
That is pretty surprising HK. He was great just not the sort of person you usually hear is a favourite. He had a great match with Bret Hart at one of the old Wrestlemanias I own.

honeykid
07-10-15, 01:02 PM
I loved his matches with Bret Hart. The Intercontinental bout at Summerslam (I think it was) was fantastic. He was so good on the mic, too and being paired with The Brain was an unbeatable combination for me.

Great start so far! I'm not a fan of Del Rio though. I remember Billy Kidman when watching WCW as a kid, he was the first one I saw to regularly do the shooting star press and it was an amazing move at the time.

Both the American Wolves and Young Bucks are both tag-teams I'm not huge fans of, but I've seen them put on some pretty great matches, so plus rep for them.

Unfortunately I've never really seen a whole lot of Brian Pillman to really say if I like him or not. The only time I really saw him was that crazy segment with Stone Cold where a gun was involved.

teeter_g
07-10-15, 04:52 PM
The Brian Kendrick
http://i579.photobucket.com/albums/ss233/cmcdowelljr/WWE%20Superstars/RAW/TheBrianKendrick-4.png
Brian was SO much fun to watch. High flyers get most of their inspiration from him, he is just great! He is still employed by WWE as a trainer for newbies.

teeter_g
07-10-15, 04:57 PM
Tyson Kidd
http://wrestlingnews.co/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/tyson-kidd1.jpg
After several years of doing his due diligence, Kidd has finally gotten on the main roster. Trained in the infamous Hart dungeon, Kidd is the best of the best. I just wish that WWE would give him the push that he deserves.

Derek Vinyard
07-10-15, 04:58 PM

Alright, maybe he deserves to be higher on the list, but I suppose there aren't really any numbers. Just know that I am counting down to my very favorites. LOL! Got off topic, Bryan is one of the most fun to watch that is currently a superstar. I liked him better before he became a full fledged hippie, but, whatever.

teeter_g
07-10-15, 05:02 PM
Chris Jericho
http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs71/i/2012/028/0/3/john_cena_wwe_champion_red_by_mohammedredx-d4nw37e.png
Now hosting Tough Enough, Jericho has always been the best talker on the mic. He is a fantastic athlete to boot.

Drew Galloway
http://www.amerchandise.co.uk/store/images/uploads/TNA%20Shirts/TNA_Shirt_Drew_Galloway_Stand_Up_Talent.jpg
Since his debut on TNA a few months back Galloway has been all about #StandUp for wrestling. His time in WWE as Drew McIntyre, he was a fantastic superstar. He didn't get 1/2 the push that he should have gotten.

How many are you going to include Teeter? Or are you just adding as you go along? Haven't seen any since my last comment?

Kazarian
http://www.impactwrestling.com/images/stories/roster/kaz/IMG_3014.jpg
Kaz is tons of fun to watch! He and Daniels are an amazing tag team. I am glad that they left TNA together and went to ROH together.

teeter_g
07-10-15, 05:12 PM
Christopher Daniels
http://xfinity.comcast.net/blogs/tv/files/2012/10/christopherdaniels.jpg
I suppose if there is a high flier in the tag team of Kaz and Daniels it would be Daniels. They are both superb technical wrestlers and have been in the business for years.

Kevin Nash
http://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images_root/slides/photos/001/270/379/nash3_display_image.jpg?1315329107
I suppose my favorite times watching Big Daddy Cool were when he was on WCW. His time in the NWO was probably his prime. I suppose his Diesel days in WWE were good, but I didn't really see him much there.

Shelton Benjamin
http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130628030641/prowrestling/images/8/8c/Sheltonbio_0.png

Jey Uso
http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/superstar_bio/public/talent/bio/2014/06/jeyuso_bio_20140604.png
Jey is the least touted of the Uso twins. He must be injured right now or something because they have his brother doing color commentary on SmackDown!.

teeter_g
07-10-15, 08:46 PM
Jimmy Uso
https://cbswashington.files.wordpress.com/2014/06/jimmy_uso-e1403555336451.jpg?w=620&h=349&crop=1
The twin brother of Jey Uso, they are arguably the best tag team in WWE today. Jimmy has been doing color commentary the last few weeks on SmackDown! but I think that just means that they are trying to keep the team relevant while Jey is injured.

NedStark09
07-10-15, 09:01 PM
Only reason Jimmy is bigger then Jey is because Jimmy is Married too Naomi who was on that wwe Diva show.

Petey Williams

Booker T
http://www.keepingkayfabe.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/BookerTWCW-242x250.jpg

Buff Bagwell
http://cache.onlineworldofwrestling.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/buff_bagwell_web1.png
Buff Daddy was a favorite in WCW. As part of the n.W.o WolfPack he really shined, he pretty much fell off the map when WCW was bought out. The guy was a genius on the mic.

This guy has been pretty much crushed by the machine that is WWE. He probably wouldn't make the shows that he does now if it weren't for his idea to do a youTube series for a while. Ryder is honestly a good wrestler and I don't know why he doesn't get a push.

Dunno what any of that means because I haven't watched it in a long time. All I know is I felt horrible for him, and I later read about the bad rep fans from Philadelphia have. No offence to anyone from Philly.

Derek Vinyard
07-11-15, 11:25 PM
To each their own, but if you don't mind my asking, why?

The only reason why Roman Reigns got a push is because he is the cousin of The Rock in spite of that he is a B+ wrestler with no mic skills a big size and 5 moves of doom in the ring... Oh yeah I forgot he is ''Good looking'' by the female fans.

Guys like Cesaro, Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, Neville, Kevin Owens and even Cody Rhodes deserved a push far more than Roman Reigns... but you know Vince McMahon cannot stop pushing the same old tired guys like John Cena and Randy Orton.

The reason why my favorite wrestler is CM Punk is mainly because he's not afraid of say things other wrestler would not said... and because he is The Best In The World and by far. He Beats all the odds against him.

Eddie Guerrero

Latino Heat was amazing to watch. He was such an entertainer. I can't believe it has been 10 years since he died!
Rip Eddie what a great in ring and match wrestler. He made average wcw match epic. Something wwe cannot deliver anymore. Unless Dean Ambrose or Rollins are wrestling someone.

A lot to catch up on . . .

I loved Ultimate Warrior's look and his charisma and energy, but he was terrible in the ring. I miss Alberto Del Rio in the WWE. It's a shame he never caught on with the crowd because he was excellent in the ring. Big  for Billy Kidman. That's somebody I wasn't expecting to see on here. I watched a lot more WCW as a kid than WWE, and the cruiserweights -- guys like Kidman, Mysterio, Juventud Guerrera, etc. -- always stole the show.

Never was a big fan of Dean Malenko, mainly because he lacked personality and had such a boring look. He was a great in the ring, though. I love his feud with Y2J. Mr. Perfect is a guy whose technical skills I've come to appreciate more in recent years when revisiting some of his old matches. DDP was always cool and had one of the best finishers. He and Kimberly Page always seemed like such a strange couple.

I recently watched Starrcade '83 on the WWE Network. The dog collar match between Piper and Greg Valentine was amazing. Incredibly brutal. It was like watching an ECW match long before ECW existed. Overall, though, I'm much more familiar with Piper's mic skills than his in-ring skills.

The Hurricane was a fun character. I was really digging the recent tag team of Kidd and Cesaro before Kidd suffered the neck injury. Hopefully it's not as serious as the reports suggest. He's one of the most talented workers in the industry. And speaking of neck injuries, Daniel Bryan is one of my all-time favorites, so it's depressing to see his body breaking down on him as soon as he reached the top of the mountain.

I've always found Y2J a little overrated. I like him, but not as much as most people. Kevin Nash is okay. I loved Scott Hall as Razor Ramon. As a kid, I used to imitate him and walk around with a toothpick in my mouth. His ladder matches with HBK are phenomenal.

I'm sick of R-Truth. The Usos are the best tag team the WWE has had in awhile. Their matches last year with the Wyatt Family were incredible. I love Booker T. He was hilarious during his stint in WWE. And Harlem Heat remains one of my favorite tag teams. Buff Bagwell used to get a bad rap. I thought he was poised for bigger things. Apparently nowadays he's a gigolo. You should save up some money, teeter, and pay him to come over one night. ;)

Kane is awesome. One of my favorite characters. A consummate professional. But he loses all his mystique and bad ass presence when he doesn't wear the mask. Eddie Guerrero is one of the greatest wrestlers of all-time. So sad that he's no longer with us. Dude was a special talent. I remember Jaime Noble as a cruiserweight. He's been cracking me up lately with this whole J&J security thing.

Zack Ryder managed to get over with the fans even without regularly appearing on television. That's impressive. The WWE should've done something with him instead of turning him into a jobber. Personally, though, I'm not a fan. Roman Reigns has grown on me in recent months. He's got the look and he's improved a lot in the ring over the last couple of years. Even his mic skills are slowly getting better. I just wish the WWE would stop pushing him down our throats.

I never watched much TNA, so although I recognize people like Kazarian and Christoper Daniels, I'm not familiar enough with them to comment. Same goes for the Ring of Honor guys.

Anyways, I'm enjoying these wrestling countdowns going on at the moment. I've been a big fan ever since I was three years old and stumbled across a Flair-Sting match on TV one night.

That Greg Valentine-Roddy Piper dog collar match is indeed brutal, Piper lost hearing in one of his ears because of it. Greg Valentine was awesome in the ring in the early 80s. I don't watch anymore, but I loved the older the stuff. Especially the stiff punchers. Lawler, Valentine, Funk, Dundee, and company.

Some nice picks! Some thoughts...

Zach Ryder is the biggest jobber in WWE right now. :p

I'm not a fan of Roman Reigns, I liked him in the Shield, but when they broke up it seems like he just doesn't have the personality to be a good solo guy.

I like Damien Sandow, he was great as The Miz's stunt double, but when they broke that angle it doesn't seem like he's done much.

I was pretty surprised when I heard Bo Dallas and Bray Wyatt were brothers, I bet we could tell a lot more though if Wyatt didn't have his big beard!

Cesaro is great, I watched him in the indies some when he was known as Claudio Castagnoli teaming with Chris Hero. The matches he's had with Cena recently were pretty good!

As Triple H got older, I realized more and more just how great he was during the attitude era and afterwards. He was the best heel of the attitude era and put on so many fantastic matches. Huge rep for him.

I got mixed feelings about John Cena, I actually didn't mind him when he first became the champion in like 2005 or '06 when he was feuding with JBL and Kurt Angle. As time went on however, and years past and he was still champion it was like "Ok, this is getting a little tiresome."

I can completely understand a large portion of the fans booing him now. He was shoved down everyone's throat for over a decade before the company finally had him back off the Heavyweight Championship and become United States Champion.

Just think, during their prime, both The Rock and Stone Cold spent like what 4 years in the World Championship picture? Cena was there for over twice that amount of time and it was a good decision to finally have other guys go after it.

Lastly, to anyone reading, do check out New Japan!

Some great stables there, i really liked DX, Evolution, and all of the NWO stables. The only one I didn't like there was the Hart Foundation, Bret Hart was my favorite wrestler and that came about when Triple H and HBK were dictating thing backstage. I have no problem with Bret turning heel, but all of that pro Canada crap was godawful. I did love The Hart Foundation tag team with Bret and Jim Neidhart though.

I mostly hate him for all of his backstage politics, refusing to job or really lose in general, his treatment of Bret Hart, etc. Maybe I'm being a bit hard on him because he greatly improved after coming back from his back injury, I'd say it is more accurate to say I hate 90s Shawn Michaels.

Jay is the current Television and Heavy Weight Champion in ROH...for the time being. He is an amazing wrestler and a great mic worker.

A former Divas Champion, Paige is amazing. I love hearing her talk and even more watching her wrestle....though I kind of wish she would get a tan.

6. Ric Flair
http://img.spokeo.com/public/900-600/ric_flair_2010_06_15.jpg
What can I say about Flair that hasn't been said before? He has wrestled since there were dinosaurs, he lived through a plane crash and several other near death things probably and he is a dual hall of famer.

6. Nikki Bella

Good in the ring and good on the mic Nikki is always fun to watch. She is the current Divas Champion and is banging John Cena.

5. Bobby Roode
http://www.impactwrestling.com/images/stories/roster/roode/IMG_8179.jpg
Roode is the it factor of professional wrestling and one of the reasons that I tune in to watch TNA every week. Great in the ring and on the mic he is a consummate professional.

5. Brie Bella

In my opinion Brie is the superior wrestler of the Bella Twins. She takes more moves from her husband, Daniel Bryan, where as Nikki takes more moves from John Cena. Brie is quick with all her moves, Nikki is more deliberate and slow.

The self dubbed 'Greatest Man That Ever Lived' Aries is an amazing wrestler and he is also fantastic on the mic.

4. AJ Lee
http://www.everater.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/ajlee.jpg
Now retired and married to CM Punk, AJ is one of the most dominate Divas Champions of all time. She held the record of days possessing the title until just recently when Nikki Bella passed that time.

3. CM Punk

CM Punk was the shizz. I wish that he was still wrestling but he got burnt out. I guess he is going into cage fighting now.

This incarnation of Velvet Sky is my favorite so far. I just love the look. She has that pocket chain going as a nod to her current boyfriend, Bully Ray. I just love to watch her matches, she is great.

AJ was the best in TNA when he was there and now he is the best in ROH/NJPW, in my opinion. I wish that he was still in TNA but I guess they had to part at some point. I wish that he could have gone out with a better story line, but it was kind of cool either way.

The most extreme WWE Diva ever, Lita was amazing. She did the high flying moves before any other woman ever tried it. She broke her neck in 2006 and that pretty much ended her career. She is currently a coach on Tough Enough and is in the WWE Hall of Fame.

1. Dean Ambrose
https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/579478003979317248/M_k14eRj.jpg
Ambrose is far and away the best thing on WWE television right now. He is always fun to watch and is really unorthodox in the ring.

Hardcore Country may be on the verge of retirement but she isn't there yet. Not only is she a phenomenal wrestler and mic worker, she is also a new mother to a beautiful baby boy with fellow TNA star Nick Aldis (Magnus). Mickie has been my favorite female wrestler since her beginning in WWE. Apparently she was in TNA before she was in WWE but I didn't see any of that. I wish I had because she was apparently quite the bad ass.

John Cena
http://www.beevoz.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/4d54a6c767johncena.jpg
Honestly Cena has become one of the greatest of this generation. I wish that WWE would let him turn heel just to see what happens, half the crowd hates him anyway and we have waited and waited and waited for it.

You know, I really used to hate Cena, he was boring and played out and never lost, but then something happened that turned him around for me. He's seriously one of the top guys on the roster now, he puts on four star matches almost every time, his match with Kevin Owens was the best thing I've seen all year, and his matches against Brock Lesnar made both men look amazing in the ring. I still think his character needs to change a little to be more entertaining, but damn, the guy is one of the best ever.

though I kind of wish she would get a tan.
No. I hate the tans. I don't know who she is so, for all I know, every inch of her that you can't see could be inked for all I know, but it's nice to see someone untainted.

That said, Lita was fantastic and looked great and she had tons of horrible ink. :D

Congrats on finishing your list, teeter. :)

Great list, congrats! I agree with Ambrose at number 1. Though I gotta say I'm pretty bummed that Foley wasn't on it at all. :(
