This may be a generous estimate - but assuming we're talking about an unmarried person with no kids:
Factoring in 50 hours a week for work and daily chores, and 56 hours a week for sleep, in ten years this leaves you:
About 32,530 hours of "free time" in ten years (of course this isn't taking into account everything, like daily commutes, etc but it's a good ballpark figure). Just for some perspective, people say you can learn to play guitar in as little as 100 hours.
Think about that and feel how liberating it is.
