I enjoy walking and I do it a lot.

I only walked to the store and back today (about 15 minutes each way), but yesterday I walked to and from the bowling alley (while carrying my ball and shoes), which is about 5 miles round trip and then to and from the office which is about 3 miles round trip. I live in a relatively small town and can get just about anywhere on foot.
