Frank stars Micheal Fassbender, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Domhnall Gleeson. It is directed by Leonard Abrahamson. It is about a wanna-be musician called Jon (Gleeson) who joins a band full of eccentrics. The band is lead by the man known as 'Frank' (Fassbender) who wears a fake head that he never takes of.

The good thing about this film is that it is really funny. There are many laugh out loud moments in the film especially with Frank. The film does get slightly more darker around the third act and the humor does start to slightly diminish but it still one of the funniest films of 2014.

Micheal Fassbender gives one of his best performances even though you can never see what he is thinking or even his facial expressions. Frank is a really complex character that you want to learn more about but can't which makes the audience watch the film to the end to try and see who really is 'Frank'. Maggie Gyllenhaal's performance is also one of the best of her career and gives a really dark and scary character.

Overall 'Frank' is funny, clever and also quiet heartfelt and touching when it needs to be. The acting is amazing and the story while humorous is also very intriguing.

I will give Frank (IE: 4.5)
