Bad news, they're really popular. Lorde has even been the subject of like 4 different south park episodes just this season :eek: And she was recruited to do the theme song for the latest hunger games.

In 2011 Bush came back together and released a new CD with a different lead guitarist for the band instead of nigel. They just released another new album this year, Man on the Run.

I only gave "Fellowship of the Ring" a 3/5 rating, placing it as a squarely average film. The two towers, however is amazing and one of the greatest films I've ever seen.

About 7 months ago I stopped listening to normal music. Now I only listen to movie scores and sound tracks. That sounds really pretentious but it's only because I'm completely ignorant in that area of film.

I could list 10 of my favorite films but probably only tell you two of the composers behind those films.

So listening to all this film music, wow howard shore did an amazing job for LOTR and the hobbit films. So much great music there. That's how I discovered golem's song.

I've had dogs that have killed birds.

Vladimir's never had any dog friends and so if there's another animal he gets super excited and fixated. Doesn't matter if it's a 1 ton horse or a 2 ounce bird. He will try to play with it.

The Doors (band) changed my life in middle school. I've spent thousands of hours listening and watching videos, concerts, interviews, etc... The Doors (film) is very inaccurate. I'd recommend others to learn about the actual band before checking out the film.

I use to be a huge Doors fan. I read and reread No One Here Gets Out Alive. Watched Doors concerts on video and played their music.

Yah, The Doors movie is accurate but as it covers a huge span of time it never really dives into the exact moment. It's like a montage.

I suggest to first read No One Here Gets Out Alive, then watch the movie as a visual background to the book.

That doesn't surprise me. I doubt she's that well known outside the UK unless you're a fan of Dr. Who or British comedy.

No, I don't really care for the Doctor. Never have, even as a kid. It's OK, watchable for the most part, but I don't bother with it. I watched the first series of the new stuff, mainly for Billie Piper, and that was OK. I thought Christopher Eccleston made a good Doctor. I tried with Tennant, but I've never liked him and that didn't change when he took over the part. I always found him overdramatic/theatrical and that, combined with his boggy eyes and silly little legs just annoyed me greatly. He's gotten better as he's aged, though. Maybe he's just used to toning it down more. I watched him in Broadchurch and he was OK. He surprised me in United. I think that was the first thing I saw him in when he felt really quiet. He played that well, I thought.
