Transformers the movie, o the memories

does anyone remeber this absolute classic of a film, i recently aquired it on special edition and its still not lost the appeal it had on me 14 years ago.

optimus prime dieing is one of the saddest moments on movie history and the battle with magnatron is classic.

dont foget an all star cast...orsen welles, eric idle, and...spock, haha.

anyway someone please get into discussion with me as this is an overlooked animation classic.

I love that movie, it's fantastic. I will be buying it asap since you've brought the memory to my attention. I'm trying oget hold of all the episodes (there are hundreds) off kazaa.

I remember seeing this in the theater as a kid. It was so much fun(I didn't even like the cartoon series then). Ok, correct me if I'm wrong, but does anyone else remember Spike swearing(I think he dropped the S-bomb) when he first saw Unicrom? I remember this distinctly from watching it in the theaters, and everyone burst out laughing when he did. Am I imagining this? I saw the movie on video a few years later, and it seemed like a bunch of parts had been dropped from the theatrical version. Clue me in if the DVD version has deleted stuff.

I bought it on DVD last year. I had it on order for 10 months as they kept putting the release date back!

Enjoyed it immensely and had to go out and buy the first original series as well. Don't think alot to the new incarnations though.
