I've been offered a job in Blackburn so am hoping to move over there after Christmas.
I don't know much about the area but having a look at the map I don't really want to be in Blackburn itself, I quite like the idea of being a bit further out and have been looking at Chorley. I wondered if this http://www.bridgfords.co.uk/forsaleoffice/Chorley/485 (http://www.bridgfords.co.uk/forsaleoffice/Chorley/485)is a good indication of prices around there? It seems to have easy access to the M6 and the M61 and is close to nice countryside and is still within reach of Manchester, for when I need my city fix.
Anyone familiar with that area?
