Has anyone seen The Judge?

I'm kind of on the fence about seeing this. It's by the screenwriter of "Gran Torino," which I really enjoyed, and it has Robert Duvall, who is a really good actor, but the movie itself looks pretty derivative and the reviews for this have been pretty mediocre.

If you've seen it, how was it? Is this something worth seeing or not?

I loved The Judge, primarily because it has two of the best actors in the business in the leads...the screenplay takes a little too long to get to the issues between the two central characters, but Robert Downey Jr. and Robert Duvall are so good that you almost don't notice. There's a review of it on my review thread somewhere...somewhere in the 80's pages I think.
