Low Winter Sun (AMC)

The first season has completed filming, and Im up to the 3rd episode. This show is tough, hard, gritty, authentic, and surprisingly very well acted. My description of the show is intentionally sparce as I dont want to spoil anything, It starts with a bang.

Mark Strong plays Detroit detective, Frank Agnew. He is as compelling as any movie he's worked in.

Lennie James plays detective Joe Geddes. I recognize him as the smuggler from Game Of Thrones. He's playing a more direct character than that smoothy who dreams of bedding Cersei Lannister.

I want to watch this show I think. I don't really care if it's cancelled or not, I like Mark Strong and even made a thread about asking if he's ever been in a leading role and now he finally is, so I'm likely going to watch it.
