Enjoy.

You should title it Rhys and his Movie Vice.

EDIT: I forgot it's pronounced Reese.

Good review, I've got to give A Clockwork Orange another rewatch sometime. It was my favorite movie at one point.

Maybe that will finally get me used to calling you Reese instead of Rice.

In 1971, Stanley Kubrick released a masterpiece.
Really? Ooh, I missed that one.

A masterpiece that goes by the name of A Clockwork Orange
Oh, no I didn't. You're just wrong. :p:D

Malcolm McDowell (above) plays Alex DeLarge, a young delinquent
Though you wouldn't know it because they cast a man who looked even older than he was, when he needed to look a lot younger, making the lead character unbelivable from the start.

He gets lucky and is signed off as a test subject for the new Ludovico technique which is supposed to make a bad man... good
Sadly, it can't make a dull film interesting.

The technique has it's problems though, of course, but I am not going to spoil anything for those who haven't seen this yet.
Getting them to watch it is what's going to spoil everything. :D

Congrats on your first review, though. :)

Nice review Rhys, thank you :) Can't agree with you about it being a masterpiece tho, I didn't like it back then and rewatching it a few years ago didn't convince me otherwise!

That's fine. It's all subjective anyway. :)

I got 8 reps for that suggestion.

That's more than my own reviews get.

Monty Python and The Holy Grail
1975 - Terry Gilliam & Terry Jones

Monty Python and the Holy Grail is one of the most quotable and funniest films that I have ever watched.

The plot of the movie is simple. King Arthur, King of the Britons is ordered by God to retrieve the Holy Grail. I don't feel that plot is too important though, it is a spoof film but the film mainly focuses on it's many funny scenes that happen to occur whilst Arthur is traveling on his quest. The majority of these scenes are very funny and have been written fantastically. Some of these scenes, especially the one above, have been referenced in other media and are widely available on clothing.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail is a comedy classic with fantastic writing and great acting. It will continue to amuse audiences for what I hope to be a very long time. It deserves to be recognized by future generations and generations beyond that. If you haven't yet seen this film I would definitely recommend it because you're missing out on what I would call one of the funniest films of all time.
