Many thanks everyone :). I got a birthday email from MoFo and decided to drop in for a look. It's very much appreciated. I've already emailed Mark with my thanks and he told me I should post something here...so...

I left the site with the intention of creating a review blog but am instead working on a science fiction graphic novel with an experienced Canadian artist and animator. I'm scripting and collaborating on the design; he's drawing. It's maybe a little over ambitious, but feels very cathartic and rewarding at the moment. Hopefully we'll be selling the finished product at Toronto ComiCon in the next couple of years.

My wife and I are currently in the process of emigrating from the UK to Ontario, Canada so things are very hectic and stressful at the moment. I'm having to ship my movie collection which might sound like lunacy considering the plummeting value of dvd, but it's priceless to me and hence essential the ship doesn't hit an iceberg en route. I keep having a nightmare in which Captain Birdseye tells me my Roger Corman dvd's sleep with the fishes. Can't be a good omen;)

Anyway thanks again. Maybe I'll drop by some time soon.
