Best Media Players for my new OS? :)

Hello, I'm thinking about picking up Office 2010 Professional. I have a sort of SME and I work freelance...

I was browsing designertechsoftware.com and I'd really like some candid advice on what the best media players are?

For instance does Potplayer work better than VLC? Or does WMP by default work better than everything else?

VLC will play everything, I would be shocked if you had a problem with compatibility.

I've had issues with video stutter using VLC. I prefer the KMPlayer as it works better on my laptop.
