After a decade of revolving ADA's, TPTB may have finally hit the bullseye with the casting of Raul Esparza as ADA Barba. They seemed to have finally found an actor worthy of restoring the "order" to Law & Order. The "order" part of this show had been shelved for several seasons but now with a solid actor playing this no-nonsense character, the show's original concept is back with a vengeance.
