I know that I am getting three DVDs from my parents [I know because I ordered them myself]. Possibly some from my friends.

I wanted a scanner, but that might have to wait until early in the new year.

And my parents have gotten something for the entire family to enjoy [I have three brothers, Santy].

But I am really glad [more so than any other year] just to get to Christmas and be excited about it. I really do love my family. And I realise that most at Christmas.

I had a great holiday too. I drove to San Francisco to visit family, unfortunately I began my journey just as a huge storm blasted the whole of California, but all turned out okay, until...
...on the way home the driver of huge SUV lost control of her vehicle spinning it around through 4 lanes of 80 mile-an-hour traffic only to come to rest in the carpool lane--facing me!! Again (perhaps miraculously) no one was hurt.

I havn't got a lot of experience with it so i don't really know what to say, but im sure there are plenty reasons around you that show you why you don't have to be sad. Im sure your family are one of them? Your friends too. Plus Christmas is coming! And that means you get some time off from work or whatever so you can relax and take some time to enjoy yourself? You don't wanna think like that mate, even though something might be getting you down now, it's only temporary, the feeling doesnt stay, something else will come along to make you feel better, just wait for it :)

Plus MOFO is a great reason to be happy! Where all here to chat with you...over thousands of miles of people to talk with ya. ok?

Hey, man, I am so with you. I go through depressed periods all the time, and it does get better. Think about all the little stuff in your life that makes you happy. Don't sweat the big picture. :)

I’m glad you cleared that up… I was just about to call the airport… I used to get depressed a lot and still do from time to time… but someone told me once to make a list of all the good things in my life and then to make a list of the bad… and explain why each was good and each was bad… by the time I was done, I figured out the good outweighed the bad and some of the bad was not as bad as I had thought in the beginning… hang in there… it will get better… :)
