Hi Toose! Sorry I didn't respond to you thread earlier, but I've been away on vacation.

Anyway, in answer to your first question; I'm 6'1"

and the distance from my elbow to my wrist is 10"

My middle finger and thumb "circle" is 3-1/3"

crook of elbow (underside of forearm..)= 10.5 inches

circle = 3.5 inches...that includes the fingers, not the inner circle portion
