Just saw this last night on Netflix after forgetting about it during the release, so to my advantage I had complete media blackout.

This is a balls out tribute to Kentucky Fried Movie. If you grew up in the 70's you knew Kentucky Fried Movie and loved Kentucky Fried Movie. A loosely-knit series of over-the-top R-rated comedy sketches.

Today's comedy audience is pretty sophisticated and wary of the way a joke or situation is set up. However the first sketch sneaks up on you beautifully, elevating to each "no, they're not going there...." moment that you can't help but laugh. Great way to start.

And so it went on, some sketches better than others, plenty of good belly laughs throughout. It was as zany as it was tasteless.

It was fun too, catching all the cameos and this film is chock full of them.

Don't expect to love every sketch, but you will laugh more often than not.

I'm looking forward to seeing this but this is the first time I've heard something good about it. It makes me hopeful.

Obviously this movie is awful, but I admit I laughed heartily quite a few times. The movie is just wrong on so many levels, but if you can enjoy a stupid comedy for what it is some enjoyment can definitely be had.

Honestly, I've heard it's a horrible movie, exploiting the popularity of the actors/actresses they somehow managed to reel in.
