I have so far watched till season 8. Jake is an annoying character and Alan not particularly funny.Charlie Sheen was important.Though I am curious to watch Ashton Kutcher,I don't have high expectations.

You're using the term "life" pretty loosely, there. I'd say it's on life support, and someone needs to pull the plug.
