Favorite and Least Favorite TV Anchors

Who are your favorite and least favorite TV anchors or reporters? And why?

They can be from any country, station, type of program (news, morning show, music, etc), or era (current or retired)?

My favorite is Dan Rather - straightforward, hard news guy.

My least favorite - and, tbh, the inspiration for this thread - is Piers Morgan. When he disagrees with an interviewee he constantly interrupts to the point that he's the only one who has a chance to speak. When he likes an interviewee - usually some celebrity - he turns into a fawning sycophant. Yuck!

Though I'm not obsessively crazy about him like a lot of other gay men.

I also must say that I can tolerate Julie Chen being that I'm a fan of Big Brother and I'm glad she's always been the host.

Favorite- Anderson Cooper, Megan Kelly, Rachel Maddow, Geraldo Rivera, Philip D Franco (YouTube) I used to like Alan Colmes, and a guilty pleasure of mine Bill O Reilly :yup:

Least Favorite- Sean Hannity, Nancy Grace, Lauren Ingram (when she's subbing for someone)

On one level, I don't like Nancy Grace at all. On another level, she's the most entertaining, crazy TV show host/reporter of them all. She seems like she'd be a nice lady.

So hard to find any these days that don't have an agenda so my list of ones I dislike is very long. Hannity, Maddow, and Gregory are way at the top of my hate list though. Chuck Todd and Brett Baire are at the top of the like list. I really miss Tim Russert, Meet The Press used to be the greatest place for political talk, now it borders on insufferable.
