Uhm, made me feel like I needed a shower right afterwards. What an off-beat flick. All of the actors gave 110% effort and it's well made all around, but damn, it makes you squirm in places.

I will NEVER be able to think about Kentucky Fried Chicken the same way ever again........

Haha, yes, felt pretty much the same way, thought it was fab. But yeah, some gruesome stuff. McCougney has never been better, and this is Friedkin's best film in YEARS. If you like your comedies super dark, this is one for you.

I almost got this last weekend but went drinking instead. I'm going to get it this weekend for me and the wife-she doesn't know anything about it. Then I'll get some take-out at KFC for dinner while we watch it. She only wants to cook twice a month? We'll see how she feels after this weekend.

Bug is INTENSE!!!!! Hard to imagine anyone liking it. It's more the kind of movie you admire for it's shear audacity. Judd and Shannon both deserved every acting award on the planet for that movie.

Read an interview with Gina Gershon about Joe. She said that they didn't even rehearse the kitchen scene but instead just went for it. Make sense - how the hell would you rehearse a scene like that anyway?

She also introduced me to a new word: Merkin :D
