Good Day to you Sir's and Madam's!
I am new to the movie forums; and surprisingly so. I've got a rather large collection of movies, and I also produce my own feature length films.
on average, I watch about 45 films a month (one a night before bed, and multiple during the weekends), and hang with my friends who share similar interest with things other than films...
Big nerd, love D&D and Superheroes (comics, action figures, old marvel fleer cards, and most of the film adaptations).
We will see each other soon.
Welcome to Movie Forums, rob. :)
That's a lot of films. I think you'll probably fit in around here just fine.

Welcome to the site, Rob. :)
As Yoda said, that's a lot of films. So the question is, are you one of those annoying people that likes everything or one of those annoying people who insists that you can't say something's bad, without having seen it, even if it's called Paranormal Activity 4? :D

Lol. A film serves a single purpose, and that is to entertain. And if a film entertains it has certainly done it's job. When you think about it more in depth, you start to argue perspectives.
I like every genre of film, and if I'm entertained I'm satisfied. This by no means makes it a "good film," however I do think you should watch a film to determine if it's decent or not; unless you're intimately involved with source material (like Alan Moore and the Watchmen).
Two movies I can't stand are Club Dread & Dude, Where's My Car.. Both colossal wastes of time and wish I could get the time I spent watching them back.
I will give almost every recommended movie a chance, but if I'm not interested I won't bother.. like Cowboys & Aliens or Avatar
