The Untouchables meets Miami Vice. In this great Aussie TV series that takes us into Chicago like Melbourne, unscroupolous characters vie for supremacy in the drug world and in organized crime. To enrich the various plots, we also have a splash of corrupt and dedicated lawmen thrown in the mix. This takes place over a span of three decades (1976 - 2005). The many beautiful women thrown in the mix, make all this a pleasure to watch.

I prefer the second season (A Tale Of Two Cities), but the original is pretty awesome. They petered out after TOTC, but the first two seasons are great. I particularly liked Vince Colosimo as Alphonse Gangitano. Colosimo has never been utilised greatly like that before or since.

I really liked the first season. Sadly, they've not shown the second and, tmk, the dvd's aren't available over here, either. :(
