Amanda Brown just blew it out of the ball park.

This is the only singing competition I watch. And I mainly just do it for the initial rounds, which are a lot of fun, and by then I've picked some favorites and decide to see it out. But I DVR it and fast-forward a lot, because there's a lot of fluff in the later weeks.

If nothing else, I love that, every year, this show cranks out dozens of interesting new covers of famous songs.

Watching the voice. Terry McDermoth is my man. He truly represents Rock N Roll. I can see him becoming a big star and even reviving the genre.
I also like Amanda and am awaiting her performance.

Melanie Martinez just had a strong showing. She has such a distinct and unique voice that she could easily define her own genre.
Having said that, obviously I appreciate it but it's just not my cup of tea.
Earlier on Silvia Yacub sang and I kind of wonder what the judges see in her. Nothing special to me.

Cody Belew doing a more energetic George Michaels and singing Beyonce at that.
He sure doesn't lack confidence and brings a high energy to every one of his performances. He is a performer and his sheer stage presence exceeds his voice. Very entertaining to watch and that's the reason he's off to the next round.

Brian Keith did New York justice singing Billy Joel's New York State Of Mind.
There is something Sinatraesque about this guy and I like his laid back style.
This year, The Voice truly has so many truly unique and differing contestants in the top ten. It's going to come down to the most popular genre.

Amanda just brought out a ton of emotion with Stars, a song not that well known, but I'm sure it will be now.
I stand by her and my rocker. One of them will take the whole enchilada.

Ah Nicholas, such a quircky Joe Cocker like personality and if you love gospel and the blues, his brought it.

Trevin Hunt Ushered in. I think the risk paid off, as he showed a different energy from his usual balads.

Cassadee Pope, what a perfect song choice and a perfect emotionaly riveting execution. She did Blake proud.

Well, Christina does have a crush on Dez Deron and he delivered his best performance to date. Let's face it, good looking kid with a ton of female faithfulls can't go wrong.

My prediction: Melanie Martinez and Silvia Yacub will receive the least amount of votes.

You may be right, but just for fun I'll do a different prediction. Cody and Amanda, but I'm hoping it's Dez and Silvia.

Well, I was right about Silvia but I think America got it wrong with Brian Keith, although he would have been my choice to go after Melanie.
I think she is going home next week, but stranger things have happened.
She does have a signature style but I don't think it's enough to get her past the pretty boys and I don't think they'll even make the finale, although they both have the complete package.
There are only 4 really outstanding voices left but none of them really have the look to make them a super star, with the exception of Cassidy Pope.
I really like Amanda and the Scot rocker but Amanda has to fight the likeability factor and the rocker is a foreigner, so that will factor against him.

I think the fact that Terry is foreign will help, not hurt, him.

I've changed my mind and I want Nicholas to win the whole thing.

Silvia is gone so no more screechy pop songs sung just outside of their range.

Without a doubt, the three best singers are in the finals.
Terry is truly an epic rock singer and I predict will be a future super star.
Cassidy has a Celine Dion quality to her voice and Nicholas's soulfullness makes one think of a quirckier Joe Cocker.
I guess one's choice will be influenced by the genre that one favors.
Mine is RockNRoll and who better to represent it than Terry McDurmot.

I like Nicholas the best. But I'm pretty sure Cassadee's gonna win tomorrow.

Yeah, I really want Nicholas to win. I don't think he has much of a chance, but I'm hoping.

I don't think Nicholas had much of a chance. No doubt Cassidee Pope has the goods but Terry McDurmot will do any Rock group justice and I predict that in the long run will become a bigger star than Casssidee. If Blake personaly invests in him, he can't lose. I think Celo Greene will sign Nicholas.

I wish Nicholas would have won, but any of the three were deserving. Cassadee's not my style of music, but the girl can sing.
