It stars Elisabeth Shue, Kyle MacLachlan and Dermot Mulroney.
I won't get too in depth so not to give anything away but it involves a blackout in a town and the chaos that ensues.
Overall it was fairly good. It has some suspenseful moments and is a little unique. If you can get it for free or on Net Flix I'd say give it a shot.
