Yep. I've got 11 episodes left of season 1 to watch. Hopefully I'll get them seen before they start showing season 2.

How is it? I love Gabriel B., first saw him in Point of No Return and just think he's amazing.

It's very good. At least, what I've seen so far is. It reminds me a bit of afternoon plays that the BBC used to show. One or two sets, lots of dialogue, though, of course, this has an overarching storyline and character development. Definately something I'd recommend to someone who likes to see good actors acting over explosions and CGI and, if you like Gabriel Byrne, he's great in it.

Yeah, I loved the show and was very disappointed that HBO didn't pick it up for a third season. As brilliant as the first season was, I thought the second was even better.

I still haven't seen any of "BeTipul", the Israeli series that it was adapted from.

I think I started a thread here sometime about this and I don't remember anyone responding. I loved this show. Saw both seasons.

I hadn't kept up on whether there would be a third season and I see Holden said there won't. Too bad. This was incredibly entertaining to me and Gabe is such an underrated actor, imo.
