Powdered Water

Is it week 3 already? Ah yes boys and girls the NFL season is in full swing now!

Already we have several key guys going down to injury and the waiver wire wars are heating up! There are some key guys out this week and now is when it gets really interesting. Plenty of us already have some good backups on our benches. When do we play them? Westbrook, Barber, Tomlinson, all out. And all with good looking backups that should produce some nice numbers. Goodtimes.

Now on to the good stuff. And for the time being (or at least until I finish this paragraph) Powdered Water will only be referring to himself in the third person because Powdered Water feels that after going 5-2 (that's 10-4 on the season for those of you playing at home) again last week in his predictions, Powdered Water has reached a whole other level of ridiculousness that Powdered Water can't even think of anything to compare it too, so uh, yeah.

Powdered Water would also like to apologize to the rest of the league for his poor showing last week and wants every one to know that the crabs Powdered Water's team caught during a late night foray down to cheap side the night before the big game have been remedied. That damn 24 hour veterinarian we had to go to at 3:00am, recommended shorn scrotum's for the bunch of us and let me tell you something right now. Sure, its breath taking at first but once you lace 'em up and slip into those tight fitting uni's, well, you try it.

So with out further ado, on with the show!

PW's Odd Squad vs. Beantown Champs

Once again my homerish ways are pulling for the home team here and once again I'm convincing myself that Beantown's team looks to have some tough competition this week.

My pick: Odd Squad in a squeaker

11 Angry Men vs. Gadsden Flag

You never mess with a winning streak. So if Mr. Yoder is a smart man he will continue to ask his lovely bride to be to pick out his starting running backs for the week and then completely ignore her and start somebody else. And then get a phenomenal performance from his stud receivers to bail him out.

My pick: 11 Angry Men keep on a rollin'

Da Bears vs. Hired Goons

Mikeython and his Bears fresh off a nice looking trade for his team look to continue their winning ways. Yahoo has them as the heavy favorites. That's fine and dandy except for one little problem. I give you the St. Louis Rams. Sure its their home opener, sure Green Bay is on the road. St. Louis is terrible is the main problem in this equation. Green Bay is looking to put up a big win after struggling for two weeks and this is a perfect situation for them to do so. If Rodgers and Jennings have the kind of game I think they will then my prediction will be complete.

My pick: Hired Goons upset special

The Taterators vs. The Replicants

Things don't get any easier for Spudly's Taters this Sunday as the 'bots come rolling into town with two of the Jackson five looking to continue their scoring ways. Oh, and Megatron has yet to "go off" as of yet. Not a good combination for the Spuds.

My pick: The Replicants walkin' in the park

Flash vs. Slug's Sweeties

I think Yahoo has this one backwards. Yahoo claims that now Westbrook "may" play. Know what that means? Headaches for fantasy owners mostly. I like Flashes matchups this week even if Westbrook does hobble his 30 year old bad ankle out there.

My pick: Flash!!! Ohhhhh!!!

TONGO vs. Wolverines

This just in folks! TONGO may be a crazy person. He's turned over his team so much I'm not sure if he even has a single guy left from draft day. Will this equate to wins? Not this week I'm afraid. Cutler and Forte are coming to my town this Sunday and if anyone saw what Gore did to the Seahawks then you should be a happy fantasy owner when you see Seattle on your schedule. They're a soft team. Even at home. 2 of their "best" players on defense will most likely not play as well. Bad things man, bad things.

My pick: WOLVERINES!!!

Team Darcy vs. I-Love-Megan-Fox

And Bobby still has LT in his lineup! Yahoo does have him listed as "iffy" whatever in hell that means. It won't matter though. The Chargers have a better running back and he plays for Darcy's team.

My pick: Team Darcy drubs the Fox

So there you have it MoFo's feel free to call me a crazy person or offer your own home cooked remedies for crabs if'n you have 'em. All input is appreciated. "Because knowing is half the battle!"

I have a feeling that my time is coming. I'm not saying it's this week, but it's soon. I already dropped the dead weight that is T.O. Sure, the guy has talent, but when you're the most hated man in pro football, you're not going to be getting the ball much.

I've made some minor adjustments which I'm hoping will work more in my favor.

I concur, I'm going down in a blaze of glory this week, but like any hair band from the 80's, I'll regroup and go on a reunion tour...NEXT WEEK!!

Booooo! Hisss! Bad poster! I really wanted to thumbs down ya but couldnt since I picked so awfully last week. So bad to where I cant pick games in any detail this week lest the bullsheitometer burst and Yahoo suspends my account out of disgust.

Frank Gore or no Frank Gore Ive a loaded gun with momentum my team is. Those waiver guys that people believe are flash in the pans are gonna have a crack at glory on poor Wolvie. I guarranted to win and all that -gulp-, but win or lose I am stronger.

New defense! Out with Baltimore, and in with Denver. New kicker! Out with Scobee, and in with SF Nedney No I dont know who he is either. 2 new wide recievers PW!!! Out with elderly assed Chester Taylor, and out with Justin "potential" Gage. In with Laurent Robinson, and Johnny Knox! Traded for 2 RBs that came in the mail this week! CAAAAAAAADillac Williams with GBs Ryan Grant son!

When in fantasy football Im guessing the guys with momentum will keep achieving. I had NO running game. Steve Slaton hasnt been worth a damn, and outscored by Michael Bush on my team who is the secondary RB in Oakland. For Roddy White I got Grant and Caddy. Untill either falls over in injury Im guaranted more points total than what Id got with Roddy White, Chester Taylor, and Bush. (Oh and Lendale White was so worthless he wont be counted in the discussion).

Grabbing as many as I did on the waiver might look foolish, but I bet Ive this years Roddy White in that mix somewhere. Time will tell.
All in fun :)

Great writeup, PW. I can tell I'm engrossed with the season based on the fact that I saw you were starting this thread, and I actually got excited. Yes, I've got it bad.

It wouldn't be Week 3 without all sorts of owners freaking out and overhauling things, though, PW. ;) Anyway, I will say this about some of the unorthodox moves so far: at least one or two of them will end up looking prescient. Every year people hang onto guys too long because of their reputation, and 90% of the time I'd say that's wise, and certainly safer than ditching them. But sometimes they really do just take up a roster spot (or worse, a starter's spot). Time will tell.

I might not tempt fate by asking the lady friend for her opinion this time, if only because I think the matchups make my choices pretty clear. Hightower's a no-brainer this week against Indy, and given how well he's played for two straight games now (and how little confidence they have in Wells at the moment). After that I wait until gameday for injury updates; if Westbrook is doubtful, McCoy's a great play against the Chiefs. If that's not certain enough, and it looks like Thomas is starting over Bell, then he's the play.

If by some chance none of this clears up much by Sunday morning, then I'll have to ask the lady whether she likes Jonathan Stewart or Derrick Ward. But hopefully it won't come to that.

Can you smell that? It smells like....football. Yup, its week 3 and the air is crisping-up here in New England, the leaves are starting to change and the whirlwind we call football is in full swing. Although the match-ups look extremely tight overall this week, I'm gonna stick my neck out and try to predict the future. Here are the 'Champs Week 3 picks:

Team Darcy vs. I-L-M-F -
With the Fox starting LT, who isn't playing this week and Bowe, who doesn't look too good, I'm gonna go with Darcy and that work-a-holic lineup of hers. She shouldn't have too tough a time taking the win, but that could change if ILMF changes a few slots.
Team Darcy to show her power!!

Tongo vs. Wolverines -
One of this weeks MEGA MATCH-UPS, this should be a tight race to the end. I think this one comes down to the WR positions and Tongos swing slot. He has better match-ups here defensively and should edge the Wolverines ever so slightly. Wolverines have a huge chance to take the victory if Jay Cutler blows-up this week against the Seahawks as I think he may, but will it be the difference maker?
Tongo to squeak-out a win...maybe? :skeptical:

Flash vs. Slug's Sweeties -
I think Slugs chances lay with Westbrook this week. If Westbrook plays against KC and isn't too hurt, he could be the factor to victory. I think Slug is splitting his points too deeply at the WR slots, hoping for alot of offense from the Cards that I don't think he'll get, so his real chance lays with his RBs. Flash has to pray Marion Barber isn't going to play so he stands a chance with Felix Jones and needs a break-out game from Heath Evans to justify starting him. Peyton and Dallas may save him from a trouncing by the Slugs, but its doubtful.
Slug's Sweeties to add another candy to the bag of wins

The Tateraters vs. The Replicants -
Um, yeah, ah I won't waste anyones time trying to explain this one.
The Replicants go 3 and 0

Da Bears vs. Hired Goons -
I too disagree with Yahoo!s pick this week and believe the Goons stand a chance to take this game. Da Bears have the better match-ups at the RB slots for sure but I think the Hired Goons may bust the Bears with Rodgers and Jennings playing St. Louis this week. Aaron Rodgers has yet to have a "Brees-like" day and this could be the first.
Hired Goons to ride the Green and Yellow wave to victory

11 Angry Men vs. Gadsden Flag -
Its a shame Marion Barber isn't 100% for this match-up, I think this could have been the game of Week 3. If Fred Taylor somehow has the game of a lifetime, Gadsden can win this, but thats a big IF. Brees and Colston are gonna EXPLODE on the Bills shabby Defensive backs and look to carry the Angry Men to another win this week, but we can't forget AP and the possibilities he brings for the Flag to give the Men their first loss.
11 Angry Men to remain King of the Mountain

Beantown Champs vs. PW's Odd Squad -
Now this is the GAME OF THE WEEK. Too tight for even Yahoo! to show a sure victor (100ths of a point divide us!). Can Tom Brady finally show all that greatness he has and torch the Falcons for 4 TDs and 400 yrds? Will Matt Ryans return to New England be the stuff of legend? Can Frank Gore and Steven Jackson overcome the tough defensive match-ups they face to power my team to a gold medal in week 3? I'm gonna give myself the edge solely based on my Defense beating PW's heads-up.
Beantown to hoist the victory cup on high

Good luck to everyone and may the best teams win!!!!!!!

Good stuff Mr. The Driver. Yahoo has us that close now eh? How funny. I was up a whole point earlier in the week.

Its gotta be tough to want your home team to do really well and have a monster day but only as long as it doesn't involve Brady just going bananas and having a Huuuuuge day yeah? I don't as of yet have to worry to much about that as the Seahawks were terrible last year and are well on their way to being the same this year. Sigh...

Piledriver
09-26-09, 03:11 PM
Yeah PW, this is a very tough week for me personally. I really want the Pats to crush the Falcons, but Fantasy wise, I need it to be close between Brady and Ryan to keep me in the game. Its a Lose-Lose situation for me right now. :(

You know things right? Is Welker gonna play or what?

TONGO
09-26-09, 04:13 PM
Im pretty confident Brady will have a huge day after being shut down by the Jets. Im playing my TE Watson simply because the Patriots will not allow themselves to be so completely owned 2 weeks in a row.

Damnit Caddy is questionable with a sore knee, but will be suited up. I could play Bush who's McFaddens backup, but know they will bring in Caddy to punch it thru the red zone. Will the Bucs get near the red zone though?! I guess this is what it feels like to be Yoda.

For whatever its worth....

Replicants Vs Taterators

Poor Tater. Replicants to win.

Team Darcy Vs I Love Megan Fox

I picked Megan Fox but that was before LT was being kept in the lineup (Bobby thats an "O" next to LeDainians name not a "Q"!), and Bowe was questionable. This would have been good. You dont think Bobbys gonna surprise us all and change his roster at the last minute do you?! Darcy to win.

11 Angry Men Vs Gadsden Flag

I picked Gadsden for the upset until Barber got hurt. Brees is going up against the weakest pass defenses in the NFL, but if Mario Manninghams for real then Gadsden might have a chance. Angry Men just snatched up Baltimore who I just cut. Difference maker? Its not even a matter since Yodas got "Too much gun".. 11 Angry Men for the win

Flash Vs Slugs Sweeties

The only thing that would keep Slug from destroying Flash completely this week is all the Ps and Qs in his lineup. If all stay healthy and perform just average Flash will fall hard. Slugs Sweeties for the win

Da Bears Vs Hired Goons

This ones ugly. Desean has a pulled groin so forget it he wont be worth much. Portis has bone spurs in both ankles. Im looking at Goons roster though and feel it wont matter. Da Bears for the win

PWs Odd Squad Vs Beantown Champs

This game would have been ridiculously close before Welker was hurt. Now its just damn close. Gotta go with Beantown. Gore is gonna be amped up to beat Adrian Peterson in yards sunday. The more talented roster overall will prevail. Beantown Champs for the win

TONGO Vs Wolverines

^^^^Sounds like a comic book matchup. Ok my rosters completely different than last weeks, but imo not for the worse. Wolverines Moss is hurt, and Jay Cutler is going up against the #2 pass defense in the NFL. Who is that? The Seahawks....well if the first two weeks are any indicator that is. TONGO for the win

Yoda
09-26-09, 04:23 PM
Re: Baltimore. Yeah, I think it's a bit early to have dropped them, but I don't think it'll make a huge difference. I only grabbed them because they're up against Cleveland, and they still have plenty of raw talent and are probably better, fantasy-points-wise, than they've played so far. Washington's only so-so, too, so it was a no-brainer, but I don't expect a ton out of it.

PW snagging Owens, on the other hand, could be significant. He could easily replace Welker this week, or provide a likely upgrade over Burleson, if Welker looks to play. Big pickup for Pow-Wa.

By the by, I dropped Bobby an email reminding him to update his lineup.

Meanwhile, looks like Mike Bell's out and Pierre Thomas is in, so I'm leaning strongly towards starting him. I think the only thing that might persuade me otherwise is hearing that Westbrook'll be out, in which case I think I'd probably have to go with McCoy. Hightower's in no matter what. I think this should be a nice week where I'll have a hard time picking any RBs that might sink me.

Powdered Water
09-26-09, 04:30 PM
Oh, I did get Owens eh? Sweet. Thanks Spudly! And all your TD"s are going to Shockey this week instead of Colston... just so you know. :p

TONGO
09-26-09, 04:38 PM
You should do a pickem write up too Yoda like last year.

Dropping Baltimore was risky, but I remember them not being worth a damn in 200t though they had ther same great defense as in 2008 when they led the league. Compoletely believe now that kickers and defense are so secondary to the rest, and wanted to nab the Broncos hoping momentum and fantasy do crossover nicely.

LOL! Between Brees, Marques, and now Pierre its obvious the Steeler train from last year has gone to New Orleans. Funny thought - Could you imagine the Star Wars character Yoda speaking in a New Orleans accent? Cmon he was living in a swamp!

Oh btw Derrick Ward is goiung up against his old team, and has the starting nod over Caddy due to his knee. Just thought Id help. ;)

Yoda
09-26-09, 06:27 PM
You raise a good point; I'm definitely a little hesitant about being so Saint-dependent. Granted, there's no better offense in the NFL to hitch your wagon to, but a bad game could completely wipe my week out. It also puts a cap on productivity, as any rushing TD takes the place of a passing TD, and vice-versa, so while all my players can put up good numbers, it's probably not plausible for, say, Thomas and Colston to both have really gangbuster days in the same game.

I did see the Ward thing; thanks for checking. :) I'll probably still go with Thomas, but Ward would definitely be a decent play, too, if I didn't think Tampa were going to be behind and chucking the ball a lot.

I'll think about some write-ups, although ya'll are doing a great job already and I really enjoy reading everyone's predictions. :) I'll probably write more as the season progresses and playoff scenarios start to emerge.

Well according to the radio show he does here on thursday mornings, he said he was going to be playing. A friend of mine that watches the practices told me Julian Edelman practied alot with the first team this week so I benched Welker in my other league to give him one more week to heal if necessary. If you feel you don't have the depth on your bench to cover any points Welker may get, then by all means start him, but the Pats have alot of depth at receiver options so I'm gonna play it safe. ;)

Realy Really REALLY hoping Steve Slaton emerges finally. I need this win bad because next week Ive a tough gig in Beantown.

09-27-09, 12:42 PM
Who should I start today?

Kevin Walter or Devery Henderson?

TONGO
09-27-09, 12:47 PM
Henderson. The Saints are hot and why take a chance on a player whose first game is in week 3 and could be rusty.

Yoda
09-27-09, 12:54 PM
Bobby emailed me back and he benched LT, so no sweat there. :)

Last-minute RB drama, as always. Still trying to decide between Pierre Thomas, Derrick Ward, and LeSean McCoy. Sounds like Westbrook might actually be out, which could make this a pretty easy decision. McCoy it is.

Funny thing? I read out eight running backs to the lady friend the other day. She picked Tim Hightower and LeSean McCoy. Hightower is a consensus start this week. She liked Mike Bell's name last week, but not this week, even though she had no idea he was inactive. She chose McCoy even though she obviously had no idea Westbrook would be out (or even who Westbrook is, for that matter).

Starting to get a little creepy.

Sedai
09-27-09, 01:10 PM
Because Henderson is that guy... that player that tricks you into thinking he will be consistent, but then he isn't. Walter is a top 25 play today, methinks, vs a struggling JAC secondary.

Walter! ;)

I'd rank Henderson in the late 30s...

Chris - Could be a big day for Ward, maybe... McCoy could go off though...

Piledriver
09-27-09, 01:13 PM
Looks like crappy playing conditions up here in New England! Hopefully that means the Pats will rush more and throw ALOT less. I still want them to win of course, but I need Ryan to win heads up :dizzy:... I'm SOOOOOOOO TORN!! :frustrated:

Powdered Water
09-27-09, 01:21 PM
Westbrook is definitely out.

Yoda
09-27-09, 01:22 PM
I tend to agree (about Walter), though with Lance Moore out it's a tougher decision than usual.

Re: Westbrook. Yup, saw the report when I woke up, and excitedly stuck McCoy in the lineup. Finally, Sunday morning greets me with some information to make my decision easy. Ward feels like a very solid play today, but I gotta go with the guy who's got the ball all to himself...and against Kansas City? Mwahaha.

WBadger
09-27-09, 01:29 PM
Well, I decided on Henderson.

TONGO
09-27-09, 01:35 PM
Well Im gonna play Caddy because the Giants are supposed to be bad against the rush. Real bad.

Welkers out PW And Moss is in.

Yoda
09-27-09, 01:41 PM
The Henderson thing is genuinely tough, but the reasoning behind the choice is solid. Moore's out, they should be throwing a lot, particularly with Thomas just starting to come back. Walter's a better choice in general, but it's reasonable to wonder about rust.

Re: Cadillac. Sounds like he'll play, but probably not a ton. If he and Ward are just switching 1a/1b slots, it won't matter, but I think the split will be a tiny bit lopsided this week. Whether or not the matchup will makeup for that, we'll see, but I don't think any of your other options look fantastic, so it probably makes sense.

Big, big week for the 0-2 teams. It's just a 13-week regular season, so getting out of an early hole could be tough. That said, some of the 0-2 teams are really talented. Good luck everyone! :)

Powdered Water
09-27-09, 01:47 PM
I sure hope I get a victory this week. The season for me will be pretty tough to salvage if I don't. Tough team I'm going up against to top it off. Gonna try out Buckhalter this week what with the Hasselbeck thing. I sure hope Burleson doesn't end up having a big day with Seneca in at QB.

Yoda
09-27-09, 01:51 PM
It's a big game for you, indeed, but I like your chances. And, honestly, I don't think you're done for even if you lose. Your team's pretty different from the one you rolled out in Weeks 1 and 2; you've got Brady, who I have to believe is going to be better, and picking up Owens could be significant, particularly given that you've lost Welker for a couple of weeks. That could easily make the difference this week; I think he'll put up good numbers against the Saints.

I like Buckhalter over Burleson. In a PPR league I think decent WRs should almost always take the Flex spot over decent RBs, but the matchups should make that moot this week.

I think you'll take home the win, but I think you're still in it if you don't.

Chris and Jay will be pegged to that game tonight, methinks. Whitten is certainly the guy to bring you back over the top, but he been oddly inconsistent lately...

Weird game for Brees!

Yoda
09-28-09, 11:18 AM
Yeah, the Brees thing is pretty freaky. I think it's probably a fluke, of course, and being a low-ranked pass defense (as Buffalo is) after just two games probably doesn't mean a lot, but still. If I lose, it's obviously on Brees, as even mediocre numbers would have sown this sucker up last night.

Wasn't all bad, though: Benson ran well against a strong Steeler run defense, Parker had a breakout game, Pierre Thomas came back with a vengeance, and McCoy filled in nicely. Another clunker from Derrick Ward, though, and Hightower was a bit of a letdown.

Anyway, I'd put the odds at something like 70% that Witten puts up the 10 points he needs, so it's far from a sure thing, and I'll be watching closely.

Your team, Mike, ran away with the highest score this week. Nicely done. You'll have the overall points lead after this week, too.

Yoda
09-28-09, 11:24 AM
Series' still up in the air; quite a few this week! Five of the seven matchups are still up for grabs:

11 Angry Men vs. Gadsden Flag
Witten needs 9.91 points. That's all there is to it.

Da Bears vs. Hired Goons
Da Bears need 25.05 points out of DeAngelo Williams.

Slug's Sweeties vs. Flash
Flash has Felix Jones and about 3 points up against John Kasay and the Dallas defense. Yes, the kicker and the defense he's kicking against.

Team Darcy vs. I-Love-Megan-Fox
BobbyB needs 24.29 points out of Tony Romo.

PW's Odd Squad vs. Beantown Champs
The Beantown Champs need 3.93 points out of Patrick Crayton.

There you have it. Five games still to be decided, and four of them hinging on a single player putting up a single total. Monday Night Football should have a killer rating in the MoFo demographic tonight.

Yeah, I gotta admit, that T.O. thing was pretty crazy, especially considering a bunch of us, I'm sure, put in a claim for him. I still think he'll put up some numbers for you, but Spud might have been shrewd to drop him.

Anyway, Crayton with an 18-yard catch. Probably just needs one more short reception. Williams struggling early, Romo starting slow, and Felix Jones is running great.

Witten's looking solid. I need another point and a half out of him.

BobbyB only needs 14 points out of Romo to clinch the win, which is why I'm watching intently and muttering curses under my breath....

Sorry, you're right. Dunno why I thought it was 24.

Anyway, the Romo thing should be crazy close, given how well they're running. Several MoFo games coming right down to the wire. Flash and Slug, in particular.

And now Choice just got in the end zone just to add insult to injury. Crayton just got just enough to get Beantown a very small edge. Sigh... My bench has almost as many points as my starters. That's just sad.

That's pretty rough. But the plus side is that, of course, it means you've got plenty of talent/points available to you, and the only issue is getting the right guys outta there. Beats the alternative, for sure.

Anyway, looks like Romo's gonna fall just short for Bobby, which is pretty crazy. He's only put up like 12 points, and it looks like they'll run out the clock if they get the ball back, so Darcy's probably going to hang on.

Flash was on the verge of his first win, but the Cowboys returned an INT for a TD, giving Slug a lead of just under 2 points! Very dramatic stuff. We'll see if Carolina can score some points on that defense to swing it back. The Flash/Slug matchup has been every bit as close and exciting as we'd all thought it would be, though.

EDIT: nope, Carolina lost a fumble, which means they won't put up any more points, AND Slug gets 2 more. Unless Felix Jones busts one out here while they're trying to run the clock down, that'll do it. Really crazy finish.

Whew! Squeaked by on that one by the hairs of my chinny-chin-chin. Still, I'll take it.

I am the Detroit of FF - they at least won 1, so there is hope. I plan to finish off at 12-4 pfft

This year, I think it's Cleveland that is the worst team in the league. Detroit actually makes plays and has won a game! ;)

I haven't been making predictions, but I'll say:

J. Witten gets enough.
D. Williams doesn't quite.
Flash hangs on.
Romo falls just short for Bobby.
Crayton gets just enough.

Well, I was right about everything except Flash, who lost in agonizing fashion thanks to a very late Dallas defensive TD. Tough way to lose, Dionne; your team played great this week and I really thought you deserved the win. Them's the breaks.

Meanwhile, the bye weeks are starting now. Add that to the rash of substantial injuries across the league, and I think we're all going to have to up our games when it comes to roster management. Methinks we'll be seeing some smaller scores over the next couple of weeks.

Wow, I think that was a really important game to win for me. If DeAngelo Williams would've gotten enough points I would be a depressing 0-3. But, I think 1-2 makes a big difference, and I think there is a lot of other 1-2 teams.

Marshawn Lynch is back in the lineup for the Bills, so I hope all this waiting will do me good.

With Fred Jackson THE hottest back in the NFL right now? I am thinking Lynch is getting a time-share, for sure.

That's right, Fred Jackson is THE number one back in yards from scrimmage right now at 425 yards, over Adrian Peterson (413), MoJo (353), and all the rest.

If the Buffalo coaching staff sits Fred Jackson for Marshawn "Harriet Tubgut" Lynch, that team has serious problems...

Obviously they wouldn't bench Fred Jackson, but Marshawn Lynch should get some play time. I think they'll use him in the red zone.
