You must be missing something. I have no idea what you think you're cleaning up, or how, but with six moderators on the site, I believe we're doing just fine.

You sound as if you think this site has gone down in quality, and that you are the only one posting anything worthwhile. Maybe I'm reading too much into that, but it's a little hard not to.

p.s. While you're single handedly cleaning up the site, try placing your thread in the proper section.

No. The site has not gone downhill. No, you guys do react, athough.... I post in several threads all the time, and no, I don't normally get this much reaction at all; it's great when I get a reaction though, so thanks... for explaining to me that I'm drunk and I don't love you. It REALLY means something to me after all this time here. :cool:

What do taking over the clean up of the site, and not getting as many replies to your posts as you'd like, have to do with each other? I don't see how those two things are the same. However, I've always known that it bothers you a lot, not getting replies to your posts. Especially after 2-3 of your Mafo Mofo posts. I spend the bulk of my time helping people, grilling them, etc . . . Also, as I explained back then, I don't read about movies I haven't seen.

OK, you know how much you like to cook, 7th? (This is getting like Grand Central Station now.) Well, she does to, but I've been cooking about 97% of the time since we got married. However, since we moved to this new house, she's been cooking almost half the time. (Of course, we're both off school right now... )

The other thing is that Sarah moves away to USC on Wednesday. That's kinda scary for both of us. MoFo Rules, Infinity! Is that any better?

why not just explain it mark? it sorta does seem like yet another one of your self-deprecating threads that is [not really] crying for help...which doesnt make sense. Ok Mark I remember you making a thread where you asked for people to not positive rep you anymore. Now it seems you yearn for recognition thru others posts, and not the "thumbs up" sign.

Sadly unless you outright stalk Yoda, Sedai, Holden, or anyone else that could be a columnist youre gonna be disappointed. Film buff does not mean highly educated. Some of us are, some of us are rock stupid, and hell even some of us are drunk/high while posting.

Ive been to my share of sites, and all boast about their unity. Whenever tested though they fall on their face. This site doesnt have mods that are control freaks. This site doesnt have threads dedicated to the mods so wannabe newbies can slavishly point out to them who made a bad post or crying for others to be banned. The posters on this site run mostly intelligent, have lives, and arent deserving of the term "suck". Not because were smarter, but because were cooler. Bottom line this is a community template others try to emulate, and fail at. Reason they fail is because they collapse from within (mods get egos, mods being puppets to posters, laziness, or thinking money can be the motivating factor to building a unique community).

What youre looking for Mark is right in front of your face, but you need to see things differently. Trust me man if you were right Id have been right with ya in here backing your play drunk or not. I love exposing posers, and pretentious folks in power, but the reason I wont here is because there arent any, and Id rather have everyones friendship than their shock. Thats out of respect that was well earned.

Having said all that I do wish the mods would rethink the Movie Theme rules cause I dont want to live in the Rate My Avatar or TPAM thread to accelerate my post count to get a turn. I will pay money if necessary. Thank you. :)

It's always a good thing to let people get things off their chest. It's nice to boo the bad guy and cheer the heroes, isn't it? It's got nothing to do with my post, but it works for me and serves a healthy purpose if you guys see it that way.

Well I sure as hell dont know whats going on. This threads like a creepyassed David Lynch ripoff that youre waiting for the inevitable point then shown a mirror of alot of folks dangling in suspense.
