Could you help me out and give me a quick rundown of what the video is about? All I see is a white box as YouTube is restricted, here at work.

Now I've found out it's actually Prehistoric...hmmm. And ewww!
Here's the report from FOX KDVR in Denver:
DENVER - An underground mystery is over for the Crestview water system. In December, a robotic camera checking sewer lines for damage stumbled upon a green, slimy organism with tentacles that seemed to be alive.
"It looked like it was hiding from the light," water system worker Randy Ferguson said. And the tentacles seemed to be staying away from the water.
The discovery was made in a pipe near the intersection of 76th and Pecos.
Ferguson and his partner Mike Parker asked the Colorado Division of Wildlife to look into the creature, because in 20 years of sewer work, they had never seen anything like it before.
An aquatic specialist from the DOW confirmed that what the camera had discovered was actually a Bryozoan, a primitive life form that, as a species, is over 350 million years old.
The Bryozoans are collections of smaller organisms that filter food out of the water supply, and they are an extremely primitive "animal" life form.
Bryozoans aren't harmful, although they can occasionally clog water pipes.
For now, the Crestview water system isn't going to do anything about the animal in it's pipes.

Hmm...crazy how this happened in Denver. Where was that last Aliens vs Predator movie supposed to take place?

Google creature found in sewer on your computer spuds, a video other than youtube may come up.
The video I put up is actually from a North Carolina sewer, but I'm assuming it's the same kind of lifeform as they describe in the news article from Denver.

Not really an "unknown" lifeform is it?
Seeing as it's in Denver and North Carolina it's probably going to grow and grow out of control until it's taken over the entire world. I for one welcome our new Bryozoan Overlords, and if they need anyone to assist in rounding up other humans to eat or turn into their slaves, I volunteer.

Yeah, no--I don't know. Like I say the youtube video says it's unknown (not that youtube would know), and the video is from a NC sewer from 4/27/09. The article I pasted is from Denver on 1/09/08. It sounds like the same thing though

Yeah, this is probably something I'll have to look at when I get home. Flippin internet sucks here at work. If it's not restricted, it takes forever to load.
I found this
Ugh, this is gross — you’ve been warned. The footage above was taken from a North Carolina sewer, where a drone camera discovered a “creature” “breathing.” Scientists believe that it is a clump of annelid worm huddled together in one massive ball. Each time one of them contracts, the entire group follows suit, creating that unified effect. Creepy.http://ibored.com/2009/07/creature-found-in-north-carolina-sewer/

I read another article that said tests were done and it's not worms. They don't know what it is, so yea...facehugger! ;)

My first thought was that this is a video of a polyp filled rectum taken at a urologist's office.
It looks very cute... makes me wish I was a woman so I could carry one around in a doggy purse.
But, OMG, North Carolina? That's underneath where I live (Virginia). I'm not getting a sex change so I can carry doggy purses all the time until I know these things aren't out to kill us.

Now there's a movie that needs to be made.

Welllllll, I once walked through an inflatable rectum at the D.C. Health Expo and it was filled with polyps and it sort of looked like the sewer with the living bulbous mass. I speak from experience.
