Can Everyone Make Quizzes?

Basically the question is Quizzes.
Can everyone make them and if so, a little help with how please. I'm probably blind and just overlooked something, but I can't figure it out. :confused:

In short: yes. Just compose the quiz and send it to Yoda via PM or email. :)

The answer to your question is NO. Not everyone can make quizzes, but the ones who can do so very well. :)
