No problem, visit this link and download the excel worksheet (It's the one I used so I'm certain it's virus free): http://www.samplewords.com/home-tournament-bracket-32team.html

From there all you do is open it and fill in the directors in their respective spots. After you're done filling it in use the print screen button and bring up Microsoft Photo Editor, then paste the image in the photo editor. Then I cut the tournament out of that image and paste as new image. Save as jpeg and you should be good to go. I hope this explains it well enough for you, if not send me a PM.
