For what it's worth, this was a very nerve-wracking game.

For a while I thought that the Rams just handed the game to the Patriots, but the fourth quarter turned into a very tense 15 minutes.

If it wasn't for the flag against New England with that long a*s return, the Rams would've been done for.

It was pretty close at the end with it tied 17 to 17, but everything changed when the Patriots young QB, Brady, spiked the ball and gave the Patriots the advantage with a kick.

Final Score:

Patriots - 20

Rams - 17 :bawling:

I hate the fact that it ended like that. I wanted the Rams to have that dramatic comeback (I believe it was the largest in Super Bowl history, but I'm not completely sure) pay off to a degree. I REALLY wanted it to be decided in overtime. Crap. GREAT game, though, I must admit. Hats off to St. Louis for keeping their poise and nearly making Super Bowl history.

That was the best half-time performance. U2 was so pumped up. I thought it was a vey tasteful tribute to the September 11th tragedy.

Mariah Carey, okay, I thought she did a fine job; till the END! It's like,"Mariah, only DOLPHINS can hear you now!"

I had the number 7 for the last inning, so I won 9 bucks. Cough up family!:D

The commercials were great. Budwieser has the best ones. The one with the hawk that goes and fetches the Bud Lights...that was great. The one with Horses kneeling in honor of New York, I got teary-eyed.:(

I couldn't have cared less about the game, but I'm glad the Patriots won.

Carey was awesome. That final note was SICK! I think the "so, how much?" commercial was by far the best. Hilarious. Beer commercials are a reason unto themselves for living. U2 was good (they always are, really)...but there's was some debate in my family (and among some guests) as to whether or not that screen was supposed to drop. I think it was...I just can't believe they'd screw up so badly. I think they just wanted to scroll the names over all the people there, and drop the screen, sort of a way to show us just how huge the list is: they can't even show it all to us. A little odd, perhaps, but I don't think the screen drop was a mistake.

I think the screen was supposed to drop. I don't think they wanted the names to be displayed for the whole duration of the performance. I liked how, at the end of the song, Bono opened his jacket to show the flag...that was touching, especially since they are a bunch of Irish dudes.:D

I loved the beer commercials...

Mini-Fridge, So How Much, and the "special pet" commercials were the best.

Halftime was great ....the national anthem was beautiful, and U2??? WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Out of this world!! And the commercials...best part of the entire night. Although, football sucks and I could'nt wait till the game was finished.
