How would I go about adding another list to the Lists section of the site? Is it even possible for non-mods to do?

You would have to post it as a suggestion. There is a thread on the lists, somewhere in this section of the board.

Haha, well it's not gore specifically, no....

It's Video Nasties, which is actually a preexisting list... it just hasn't really been done here. 80s Trash from The Future is the closest thing we have, and many of those aren't on the Nasties list anyway ;)
