overall, my birthday was quite nice! i got flowers from my Mom, flowers from the boyfriend, some books [the new Pendragon, the Great Gatsby, and Maus], some DVDs [Little Miss Sunshine, the Land Before Time, Y Tu Mamá También, the Prince of Egypt], some cds [Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Lemon Jellys Lost Horizons, Walk the Line Soundtrack, Joni Mitchell's Blue, Joanna Newsom's Ys], a cute little passport holder, an elephant pillow, some jewelry, and some cash!

most of the presents were from my boyfriend. he spoils me!

i've not been around recently, mostly because i was entertaining my boy toy, and recently i've needs bigger amounts of alone time. i think i'm starting to feel more like me now though, so i hope i'll be around a bit more!
