Public Domain movie site question

Not sure who the moderators are as they are not listed ... or I've failed to notice where they are :p

Anyway ... I recall reading somewhere that listing sites where movies can be DLed is forbidden.

:confused: What about public domain sites ... I have found one that has numerous movies and television shows from early eras.

Including under scifi search ...

Flash Gordon (1940's series)
Le Voyage dans la Lune (1902)
Metropolis (1927)
The Amazing Transparent Man (1960)
It's Alive (1969)
Attack of the Giant Leeches (1953)
They Came From Beyond Space (1967)... anyway you get the picture :)

Public domain and legal sites are okay to post. We actually have an ongoing conversation about one of them (http://www.movieforums.com/community/showthread.php?t=14232) and the movies we've watched therein.
