I was wanting to make another game. It looks like my Top 3 Performances, and Name That Movie: (Video Clips), are the best I can come up with on my own. Any other game I have ever posted here, I snagged from another board. So . . . I decided to do that again. Well, I typed in movie message board, and they were the first to come up. Am I spamming?!? Seriously, I hope it is OK, that I am kind-of naming them. :confused:

The game I found, from a board that ends with "Blend", is a great idea, but I altered the hell out of it. They take an actor's picture, like this . . .

Then, once a member guesses it, someone makes the next picture, and so on. It may be the same member making the pictures each time, but each picture has it's own thread. That idea alone, I did not like, so I decided to make 10 actor's pictures, worth one point each, with only one set, and of course, PMs only.

Since then, I've had more ideas. I was thinking, what if I do anywhere from 4 pictures on up, of anyone from an Actor, Director, Character, etc . . . and you all have to do both, figure out who they all are, or as close to all of them as you can, and also, figure out what theme I am using? It could be anything from a movie, a name . . . anything that comes to my mental mind.

Now, why am I asking first? I would like to know if anyone is interested in this, before I go to all that trouble. ;)

I should have known it was her. She has a kind-of big nose, anyway.

Well, either no one is noticing this yet, or the idea sucks. I will look again later tonight, when I get back home. I was surprised as to how many boards didn't even have game sections. On the first page alone, this board's game section has over 52,000 posts. I just felt like adding another. I'm still going to do the clip game. I'll make that one until I disappear off of here. I just like variety, and I didn't want it to be something simple, either.

I don't think it sucks, but I don't know if I'll play because I don't mess with Paint Shop Pro or Amateur either.

I think it's a pretty good idea. I think every now and then they'd be really hard, though. It'd be a real balancing act to make them feasible. The Bullock picture, for example, is pretty tough...even after hearing it's her! :) But I think the concept is a pretty sound one, and well worth trying. I'd just expect that everyone will get dead stuck now and then, but if you're willing to just skip over it when those happen, I think it could be a lot of fun.

So, I have the first game pretty much ready, and honestly, I think it may be too easy, but that may be me, since I already know who they are. :rolleyes:

I need a title for the thread. On that board, they call it "Name the Celebrity", but that won't work, because it is more than one actor, character, etc . . . Plus, there's a theme. Any ideas?

Well, sometimes it's characters, directors . . . I could just go with something lame, like Who & What? Yeah, that's lame. This first game is so easy, it's not funny. I'll go ahead and post it, though.

Oh, and I'm not going to be picky about the theme. If you name the main idea, that's fine.
