Take your favorite pub food, and bring it up, or mash it up with something else- or just make it gourmet.
Mine are buffalo wings, make it a sandwich. Yeah, I thought I was a genius when I came up with it, and then I saw Hardee's has the Spicy Buffalo Chicken sandwich, so I tried it It's got the Frank's hot sauce like the OG buffalo wings have, and it's huge and messy. Very nice.
I just wish it had bleu cheese dressing instead of ranch. That would make it perfect.
I also was watching Food Network with my friend the other day, and Rachel Ray was making Buffalo Wings style pizza, which also looked pretty awesome.
Buffalo wings style milkshake has got my interest.
Actually though Papa Johns thin crust pizza with pepperoni and bannana peppers is one of my faves, it would make a great sandwich.

You got me craving Buffalo wings now. I used to eat like 40 or 50 of those at 10 cents a wing with a nice big coke to gulp them down with. Nice and spicy hot wings. Damn I'm hungry. I have two pub dishes that I love if I'm there.
Nice tortillas with ground beef and the Hot Buffalo wings.
So instead of the ground beef, how 'bout I get those wings chopped up in tiny pieces and throw them on the tortillas. Oh and with extra cheese of course. Yummy.
How about instead of tortilla chips for nachos, you use potato skins, nice and crispy. A person would die of heart failure after eating this though....all that grease. But I bet it would taste awesome!
Edit: Oh wait...someone else already thought of it!

I used to always order a big plate of nachos everytime I went into the bar since I was a lil under-ager 17 year-old.
Anytime I visit that same bar now I still do.
They don't seem as good in other bars or pubs.
Damn I'm cravin em now...:licklips:

Irish pubs seem to have the best Shepherd's Pie. It's a great dish to soak up the booze in your belly, allowing you to drink yet more booze.
Plus, it's fairly neat and easy to eat if you're already plotzed.
People eat food at pubs!

Ok, then english pub meat pies could be made small like those mini-quiches - little two-bite steak and guinness pies... mini shepard's pie... little pork pies... mmm!
The best Shepherd's Pie in my hometown, ironically, can be found in an English pub. Further, this English pub is appropriately named "The Pub."

Nachos and beer are my favorite bar food.
