Speaks for itself, I'm sure, but you can now embed YouTube videos in your posts. Just click the arrow/Play Button just to the right of the spoilers tag button (red exclamation point).

You don't even need to use YouTube's embedding code; just copy the URL of the video right out of the address bar, and the tag will do the rest. Here's a demonstration:
