Basically, Republicans said that unless people who make more than $250,000 per year get their taxes lowered, they would use their control of the House to make sure millions of people will stop receiving unemployment security payments. So Obama negotiated bill which includes a 2 year extension of the Bush tax cuts, lowered Estate tax for the wealthiest %0.3 of Americans, and extends unemployment benefits past their current deadline. This is upsetting people because it is a huge blow to the national debt ( $900bn) , which isn't paid for, which will more than likely be used as an excuse to destroy Social Security in the name of "fiscal responsibility." They won't call it "austerity measures" as are being implemented in the EU under the mandate of the IMF, but it is the first step in implementing IMF demands in the US.

He should have said he was opposed to the federal government mandating the states have unemployment insurance, and should be left to them to decide if they wanted it, but he was such a ditz he didn't understand the distinction. I actually did that maze with the Exorcist scream at the end not too long ago for the first time and it scared me to death. I had no idea it was one of those "screamers."
