I saw a kid this morning who seemed to be prowling the street, asking for it. He wasn't sporting the haircut, but he had on this long (to the ground) black jacket with all these chains all over it, sort of outlining a military uniform. It was cool as hell, but completely over the top. Also, a bit warm - it was in the 80's this morning, I believe. :p
