Well, my reasons for this thread was that we only have 'what DVD's have you bought', whereas this includes anything and everything you have bought, since it'd look pretty out of place if i went into that thread and posted that i bought face wash.
Well, that's my reasons, the mods can get rid of this if they feel it's not needed.

Among other things: Four 12 packs of pepsi products were on sale for only for $6.99...limit of four, but thank God I have 5 kids and we each got into a different line..... we got bunches of sugar soaked beverages for a long time now.:)
I bought two packets of biscuits, 2L of milk, two loaves of bread, some sliced cheese and a milo bar. You see my parents are away and the only way to force myself to pick up food is to bribe myself with something. In this case the greatest chocolate bar ever! Go milo bar! :D
Some materials for redecorating my flat. It's a mess now, but it will be beautiful. Was quite a serious purchase, but I hope it will look great after we finish

I bought a sandwich and a bottle of water from M&S, and this is the worst thread I've ever seen. Well done.
Ha. The only reason you posted that on here was to boast of your wealth for buying a sandwich at M&S. The home of the most delicious, yet exuberantly expensive sandwiches this side of the galaxy.
"This is not just a ham sandwich...this is two slices of Marks & Spencers golden wholemeal bread, baked on the fires of Mount Etna, with a slice of rare dinsosaur ham placed gently between them by baby angels..."

What kind of shop would sell such a variety of goodies?

I used to despise this game. I loved the graphics, they were actually one of the things I thought was done really well, but that damned Triforce quest in the middle really spoiled it for me. So once I finished the game I traded it in (can't remember what for).
I saw it for a fiver the other day, so I'm gonna give it another go, see if it improves with age.

Took a trip to sainsburys bought Ben and jerrys 'Phish food'. I also bought the most recent edition of 'new scientist' which catches my eye every now and then. I got a bit miffed when I realised I was actually picking it up out of the 'mens lifestyle' section. And in the same section was 'the national geographic' which I am subscribed to. I took a step back and I saw countrylife, computer and photography magazines....
I looked in the womens lifestyle section, its a parade of fashion mags, sex tips on how to please your man, decorating, be it cakes or your bathroom, wedding outfits, info for mothers to be....I am surprised it did'nt contain a magazine on the latest 'chain fashions' to attach yourself to the kitchen sink.

Yeah ive started it. Sadly King has most definatly lost some of his writing style though. He likes to repeat similar imagery all the time. And the language he uses is just far too 'eighties' for me to find it believable. But he is still good at telling a truly horrid story.

It's called 'the Geoffrey Archer method'...though to give the crooked Tory nitwit his due, he calls himself a storyteller not a writer. ;)
