Question regarding Episode 3: Revenge Sith

In the opening battle sequence, during a fly-by scene, there appears to be one of those Trade Federation ships (the big saucer-shaped ones with the round ball center) with blue markings and what looks like the Galactic Republic insignia on it. Anybody see this? Was this a Trade Federation ship captured and used by the Republic?

Perhaps but it would be hard to "capture" a ship that size. I believe also that the Trade Federation also had different colour schemes on their ships as well.
