The positive and minus is with regards to your Rhesus antigen. You either got it (RhD +) , or ya dont (RhD -). Most of us have it.

i'm a rare type, i remember asking my folks when we did it at school. Too many years'n'beers have passed to remember, though. I'll ask them sometime.

I'm A- so I don't have the Rhesus antigen. I need to find out why that's so important. My dad is O+, but unfortunately I didn't inherit that.
