Anyone have a 360???

I've been hearing lots of complaints about it since it's arrival. After every single store was sold out of the system, dozens of them were returned. Apparently it freezes and overheats. Also while playing some video games, the rate of speed it spins the disc and the amont of heat emitting from the system melts some of the discs. This is not a good sign for microsoft fans.

Does anyone own a 360? Do you have any problems with it?

Hey, no buying produce. You're not here, you're in America. (Once you take time zones into account and that).

Bring us back some electical goods wontcha. And some genuine baclava.

And some melted discs.

I'm not hooked on the idea of the 360. The shots and footage I've seen look 'ok' but the actual games out with it are a bit dissapointing.

Saying that, I've got a Game Cube and the last game that was any good was Resident Evil 4. I might wait for a PS3.

I think I'll stick with my gamecube until the prices go down for the PS3 and Revolution.

New console in 2010 then?

PS3.

played the xbox 360 at a bunch of game stores...not what the hype crunches it out to be.

But no, it doesnt overheat and burn discs or whatever other rumor you've heard. Its a perfectly stable system.

A friend of mine who works at futureshop bought it, got the warranty and ****, and he has already used it. He had to swtich it for another system. He did show me a disc of his that was melted, I laughed at him. I guess that's what you get Gates, when you try to be ambitious and do a world wide launch.

I'm also waiting for the PS3, it's power is amazing, but I hope it doesn't overheat. The only thing that revolution has going for it so far is it's unqie controller system.
