Hey MoFos!

Sorry I took so long to post this; my trip was very mentally consuming, and it's only gotten crazier since I got back. I'm close to settled in again, though, at long last.

I got your collective card the day before I left but didn't want to say anything until I could sit down and really say it. For those of you wondering, some of the MoFo regulars got me a birthday card and mailed it around the country so that they could all sign it. It's been all over; Oregon, California, Texas, Florida (or Maryland, depending on where Peter was), and Lousiana, to name a few.

It is, without a doubt, one of the coolest birthday presents I've ever gotten. I don't know who came up with the idea at first, but it was brilliant, and I love how it came together. Shame some of our Aussie friends couldn't get in on it, but that probably would've doubled the headaches involved, and it's still insanely cool. I'll see if I can scan the thing this week and post an image.

Thanks so much, guys. It really means a lot to me. It's too thoughtful for words, and I'll never forget it.

It didn't actually make it to Louisiana, Caitlyn was in Iraq.

We didn't have a whole lot of time, so we chose U.S. members who have known Yoda for a long time.

Oh well, seeing as us Brits, no wait I can't do it, us Scots weren't involved, I'll just say glad you're back, I think I wished you a happy birthday already, but if not , belated birthday greetings my small green friend.
Hey, who's organising the first continental Mofo convention? I wanna be on the guest list, plus one, cause you never know. :randy:

Woah, woah, woah! How come no one has commented on the fantastic card choice? You'd be surprised how long it took to settle on that one.

It was either that or I got a Merry Christmas card, crossed it out and wrote Happy Birthday.

You're talking to a guy whose grandmother got a card that said "Happy Birthday, You're 6" with a big, obvious "0" written in marker after the 6.

Still a fine choice, however.

Of course you're not 60! But I guess that makes it even more endearing!
