How do you feel about your body?

I'm 6' and weigh 215 lbs. I could stand to lose around 40 lbs. I feel fatter than I look, that's to be sure.

I'm about 5'11" and about 165-170 lbs, so I'm fine with my weight. Could use a little added muscle mass, though, no doubt.

5'11" 156 lb. could do to loose some fat and gain some muscle, but I've come a decent way from 168

I'm 6' 1" and weigh 15 stone (210 lbs) and I'm pretty happy with that (big shoulders hide a multitude of sins), considering the 6 pack has turned into milk float over the years.

I put on a heck of a lot of weight when my back gave up but slowly took it off with the help of the revolutionary 'Eating Less Food' diet. :)

Hmm...I thought the eating less food diet only worked for squirrels.

I'm just perfect, but you all new that already!!! :yup:
Since my accident a few years ago, I struggle to stay fit as my immune system took an absolute battering for the best part of 2 years. I'm lucky to still be here, so the fact that I have a small Budda belly at the mo, is not too worrying. Pre-season training has just started for me, my first in 2 years, so the Budda belly should be gone pretty sharpish. :nope:
So apart from my huge scars(2 down my left calve) I'm almost perfect. It's hard work looking this good!(tongue very much in cheek!)

Nope, they favour the 'hoarding nuts' diet. Last time I tried to hoard my nuts.....well, it didn't work out too well.

5'6 and roughly 170 Ibs. Could do with losing some fat and replacing it with hard core muscles, my arms are weedy, but I'm not too fussy when it comes to my weight. Obviously I'm overweight but nothing shattering, however I prefer to be more concerned with my diet and health then size, unless of course my weight effects my ability. I want to be taller too.

I'm overweight and my stunning talents in getting out of exercise are going to be the demise of me. Earlier in the year I lost about 20 pounds... and now I've gained about 10 or 12 of it back. Hopefully I'll start motivating myself-I'll start tomorrow, I promise!

I was trim, now that i'm 18 i've actually started getting a beer belly though, shocking, lol. Damned Guinness, it's like soup and makes you fight but also gives you couple extra pounds. No idea how much i actually weigh but i'm pretty tall. I'm not too cool about exposing myself but when i breath in, you can almost see muscles! Not sure which option to choose....

I think my cuffs weigh about a pound... ;)

LordSlaytan

There are 12 inches per foot...so 12 x however many feet plus the leftover...multiply the total inches by 2.54...there's the centimeter equivalent.

…and this (http://www.strengthcats.com/kilopoundconverter.htm) site helps convert pounds to kilos.

Personally, I like you thinking I’m a supermodel better.

Actually, better lay off the M & M's, malteesers, wine gums, beer, etc.
O.K. from now on I'll only eat Riveta when watching movies! :nope:

i've got a better idea, why don't you english speaking nations convert to the metric system, everyone else has it....
i'm way too lazy to go and calculate everyone's height and weight but if my calculations are right i'm about 6 foot 2 inches....which would make me tall.....and smart ( yes, that's what my calculations tell me )

I remember when I was in grade school (late 70s), the US tried to force a conversion and the nation pulled together to offer up a collective, “WTF? Are you high?” So it was squashed.

hmm...what about great britain, ireland, south africa, australia etc....i think none of them use the metric system...
and yes, those feet and pounds of yours always drove me crazy, it's sorta interesting to know your hight in a different system....

I did not know that. I always assumed that the fact Great Britain and AussieLand used it was the reason we were attempting to convert back then.

Shows how much I know.

Britain started flirting with the metric system in the '60s but didn't officially change over til (I think) 1980. Ireland's been metric since 1970, I can't vouch for the other countries.

Not many people over 30 use it willingly though. I started my schooling in the '70s and was taught feet & inches alongside metres and centimetres but as soon as I started working, metric went out the window.

British road signs still read miles and speedos in mph though (I think it's something to do with an EEC loophole that Thatcher exploited). Ireland was in the confusing position (until a few months ago) of speed limit signs and car speedos in mph and distance signs in km.

But then, we like confusing people. :)

EDIT - I'm sure Australia is metric too...

Yay, another member of the slim-set :).

I'm 5'10 and 8-and-a-half stone.

I try and bulk up a bit, from time to time, but it's as tricky for us skinnies as it is for the bulkies. When i'm lazy, not exercising, and not eating at least 2 squares a day, i'm 8 stone and a bit too anatomical ;). If i'm putting some effort into eating like a king and swinging my bod round one play-field or another, then i'm nine, and a bit more bulked and 'defined' ;).

Porky or chalky, you can't win either way . We all got to workout if want to be sexy, at the end of the day ;).

Yeah, i've always wondered about that - maybe there's a royal stone somewhere? (but the way these things work, it'd be for throwing at peasants - the bigger you are, the more stones it takes to kill you  ;)).

I'm 6ft and weigh about 15st. Luckily though a lot of it is muscle from the gym, though like Taccy said, big shoulders hide a multitude of sins and maybe even chins. Although my belly is quite wobbly and could do with some shrinkage after its growth during my time at Uni...so im gonna vote for me being a bit fat.....
