I have re-started a brand new and revved up MoFo Movie Blog. Time has passed for me from being a lazy wart, and I think everyone needs their daily dose of news from every corner to the world of entertainment.
The blog is up and running, though there are a couple of little tidbits to fit in. :)

If you log on and it looks somewhat unfinished in places, I just have some work left over to do to complete it. :D
The title and its banner might need to be changed. That's a matter of question.

Why isn't the blog used on the main page? I think it'd be a good idea, you could replace the trailers for Meet the Fockers and The Village with, you know, new ones.

The blog that's being made, is much bigger and more in depth than the one before. It would be hard to fit in here.

You should put in some stuff on the front pasge, its got way too old, maybe just some brief notes or links to the blog

The only possible way is , I am figuring, is have the link set to the Blog button and as my signature.
As for the right side where the news is located , you can have me maybe, fix it up to have the latest three posts and I can link 'em to the blog. :D
I'm sure things can all work in the long run don't ya' think?? ;)
I really don't see the sense in it. I wrote blog software to run on this site; it's integrated with the forums and the site's movie database. Moving the blog off-site closes the door to any integration.
You're free to run whatever blog you want wherever you want, but it's not the MoFo Movie Blog if it isn't on MoFo or using MoFo's layout.
